Medical & Surgical Nurse – Doctors Alliance General Hospital

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to patients in medical and surgical wards.
• Monitor patients' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Implement nursing care plans and prescribed treatments.
• Assist with medical and surgical procedures as required.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Ensure proper infection prevention and control practices.
• Administer medications and treatments according to professional standards and physician orders.
• Work effectively with doctors and other members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Maintain patient safety, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
• Demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of clinical care.
• Perform other nursing duties assigned by the hospital.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• Diploma or BSc in Nursing from a recognized institution.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
• Previous experience in medical and/or surgical wards is preferred.

• Knowledge of medical and surgical nursing practices.
