💼 Duties & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing the general ledger, month-end and year-end closing, and financial statement preparation
• Leading import and landed-cost accounting, including LC settlement, foreign exchange and customs cost allocation
• Ensuring full compliance with tax obligations, including VAT, withholding tax and profit tax
• Managing external audit processes
• Designing and enforcing accounting policies and internal controls
• Maintaining proper documentation standards
• Leading, coaching and appraising the accounting team against BSC and OKR targets
