🎓 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience in the real estate industry.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with real estate software, CRM systems, and property databases.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally and with integrity while maintaining the image and reputation of Metropolitan Real Estate.
• Identify, engage, and secure prospective buyers through strategic sales efforts.
• Promote and sell apartment units through effective presentations, negotiations, and market-driven sales strategies.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Submit qualified leads, client information, and sales-related data to the company accurately and on time.
• Use market insights and data-driven decision-making to support clients’ real estate investment goals.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets by tracking performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
