Job Description
Ashewa Technology Solutions S.C is seeking a qualified Operational Excellence Manager responsible for managing tender processes, preparing bids, coordinating procurement documentation, and supporting business growth through effective contract and tender management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Management, or related field.
- MBA is an advantage.
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
- 7–10 years experience in operations, process improvement, or operational excellence.
- 3+ years leadership experience.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
