Job Description

The Operations Manager will oversee daily business operations, ensure efficiency and quality service delivery, manage teams and resources, and implement operational strategies that support business growth and sustainability.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and oversee daily operational activities
  • Ensure smooth functioning of business units and service delivery
  • Supervise staff, assign duties, and monitor performance
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • Monitor business performance and prepare operational reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations
  • Coordinate with other departments to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Manage resources, budgets, and operational risks effectively
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across operations

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in operations management, preferably in retail, fuel stations, or similar business environments

  • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management software
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills
