Available Positions
Position 1: Associate Branch Sales & Customer Service Officer (Fresh Graduates)
Educational Qualification:
BA Degree in one of the following fields:
Accounting
Accounting and Finance
Accounting and Auditing
Management
Business Administration
Business Management
Marketing and Marketing Management
Economics
Banking and Finance
Public Administration and Development Management
Logistics and Supply Chain Management
International Trade and Investment Management
Cooperative Accounting and Auditing
Agribusiness or Agro-Economics
Other listed related fields.
Experience: No prior work experience required.
Additional Requirements:
Only 2026 graduates are eligible.
Passing the Exit Examination is mandatory.
Applicants must be below 30 years of age.
Jimma District: Minimum GPA of 3.00 for male applicants and 2.75 for female applicants.
Adama District: Minimum GPA of 3.50 for male applicants and 3.25 for female applicants.
Work Location: Branches under the respective districts.
Position 2: Administrative Assistant
Education: Diploma/Level IV in Secretarial Science and Office Management or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years.
Work Location: Head Office.
Position 3: Cleaners Attendant
Education: Level IV/10+3/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Management, Marketing or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 2 years.
Work Location: Head Office – Procurement & Facility Department.
Position 4: Maintenance Technician
Education: Level IV/10+3/Diploma in General Technician, Electronics or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 2 years.
Work Location: Head Office – Procurement & Facility Department.
Position 5: Auto Mechanic
Education: Level IV/10+3/Diploma in Auto Mechanic, Vehicle Maintenance or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 2 years.
Additional Requirement: Grade 3 or equivalent driving license.
Work Location: Head Office – Procurement & Facility Department.
Position 6: Senior Transport Officer
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Transport Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields.
Experience: Bachelor's degree holders: minimum 2 years; Diploma holders: minimum 4 years.
Work Location: Head Office – Procurement & Facility Department.
Position 7: Senior Administrative Assistant
Education: Diploma/Level IV in Secretarial Science and Office Management or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 4 years.
Work Location: Head Office.
Position 8: Branch Manager
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting and Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Business Management or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant banking experience.
Work Location: Fedis Branch and Jijiga Branch.
Position 9: Principal Data Analyst
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year as a Senior Officer or equivalent position.
Work Location: IT System Management Department.
