Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Law, Development Studies, Economics, Social Sciences or related field.
• Significant experience in policy development, public-sector reform or programme management.
• Experience with national and regional policy engagement.
• Experience in youth employment, internships or work-based learning programmes.
• Strong understanding of Ethiopian labour, public service and youth employment frameworks.
• Experience engaging government, donors, CSOs and consortium partners.
• Gender, social inclusion and safeguarding experience is an advantage.
• Up to 40% travel may be required.
