Requirements:
- Masterβs degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Law, Development Studies, Economics, Social Sciences or related field.
- Significant experience in policy development, public-sector reform or programme management.
- Experience with national and regional policy engagement.
- Experience in youth employment, internships or work-based learning programmes.
- Strong understanding of Ethiopian labour, public service and youth employment frameworks.
- Experience engaging government, donors, CSOs and consortium partners.
- Gender, social inclusion and safeguarding experience is an advantage.
- Up to 40% travel may be required.
