Job SummaryALTA Computec PLC is seeking a skilled Presales Engineer responsible for designing technical solutions, supporting sales activities, and developing ICT architectures based on customer requirements.The role requires strong technical expertise in ICT products, enterprise solutions, cloud services, and infrastructure design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end technical solutions and system architectures.
- Develop solutions using company portfolios including:
- Hardware
- Software
- Cloud services
- Managed IT solutions
- Support sales teams during customer engagements and technical presentations.
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable ICT solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, and documentation.
- Maintain knowledge of technology trends, vendor solutions, and competitive markets.
- Support technical demonstrations and customer discussions.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Electrical Engineering
- Related technical fields
Experience:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in presales engineering related to ICT solutions, products, and services.
Required Skills
- Strong ICT solution design skills.
- Knowledge of enterprise technology solutions.
- Ability to design system architectures.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
