Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage rural connectivity and infrastructure development projects
• Oversee planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of projects
• Coordinate project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, donor requirements, and organizational policies
• Utilize GIS and reporting tools for project planning and monitoring
• Prepare progress reports and ensure project quality and accountability
• Support gender transformation and inclusive project implementation

Qualifications and Experience

• Master’s Degree in Development, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in NGO development work
• At least 4 years of experience at Project Manager level
• Experience in rural road or infrastructure development projects
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GIS tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Somali language proficiency is an advantage
