Job Description
Semeon K is looking for an experienced Python SQL Expert to join a remote software engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining data pipelines, managing relational databases, and working with modern data engineering technologies.
This is a senior-level opportunity intended for professionals with at least five years of relevant work experience. Recent graduates and applicants without professional experience are not eligible.
Key Responsibilities
1. Python Development
Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines using Python.
Work with modern ETL/ELT tools and data processing technologies.
Develop efficient and reliable data engineering solutions.
2. SQL & Database Management
Design, develop, and maintain relational database objects.
Create and manage database tables, views, and stored procedures.
Optimize SQL queries and ensure database performance and reliability.
3. Data Engineering & Cloud Technologies
Work with PySpark for large-scale data processing.
Utilize Snowflake for cloud-based data warehousing.
Work with AWS Cloud services and infrastructure.
Support data integration and processing workflows.
Qualifications & Requirements
Required Technical Skills
Expert-level knowledge of Python.
Expert-level knowledge of SQL.
Experience with data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
Familiarity with PySpark, Snowflake, and AWS Cloud.
Professional Experience
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional work experience.
Strong practical experience in software engineering and data engineering.
Not suitable for fresh graduates or candidates without professional experience.

Local Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 1:00 AM (12 hours).
