Job Description

The Quality Assurance Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the quality of medical education programs, supporting institutional quality enhancement initiatives, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate quality assurance activities and processes within the college.
  • Monitor and evaluate academic programs and institutional performance.
  • Support accreditation and internal audit processes.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to implement quality improvement measures.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to quality assurance activities.

Job Requirements

Education

BA/BSc or MA/MSc in Public Health, Nursing, Educational Planning & Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • At least 5 years (for MA/MSc) or 3 years (for BA/BSc) as a quality assurance coordinator, expert, or in a related role.
  • Experience in medical education quality enhancement is highly preferred.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High-level computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Other Requirements

Release letter from previous organization.
