Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant work experience.
Proven track record of at least 200 successful sales.
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise, coordinate, and support real estate sales agents.
Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure team goals are achieved.
Develop sales strategies to promote apartments and commercial properties.
Monitor sales leads, customer follow-ups, negotiations, and completed transactions.
Coach and guide sales agents to improve their performance.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and prospective buyers.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular performance updates to management.
