Safaricom Ethiopia – Developer, Oracle Cloud ERP (HCM)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, HRIS or related field.
• Minimum 7 years' progressive enterprise application/HCM experience.
• At least 4 years of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud delivery, integration or senior application ownership.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM certification.
• Oracle Integration Cloud or equivalent integration/API certification.
• Strong knowledge of Core HR and exposure to Talent, Payroll, Benefits and Workforce Management.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formula, SQL and PL/SQL.
• Knowledge of security, data roles, audit controls and segregation of duties.
• Experience with migration, release management, testing and production support.
• Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
