Job Description
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing field sales activities, coordinating product distribution through company vehicles, and ensuring that sales targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise field sales teams and monitor their performance.
- Coordinate product delivery and distribution activities.
- Monitor sales targets and prepare sales performance reports.
- Provide guidance and training to sales representatives.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and expand market reach.
- Ensure proper product availability in the market.
- Maintain relationships with customers and distributors.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Economics, or related field.
Experience
Minimum 4 years relevant work experience in sales or distribution.
