Supply Chain Officer – Sinega Manufacturing PLC

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing, procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier coordination activities.
• Prepare purchase requests, purchase orders, and related supply chain documents.
• Source, assess, and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery time, and reliability.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of required materials.
• Follow up on local and international orders, deliveries, and shipments.
• Coordinate with suppliers and relevant internal departments to ensure smooth supply operations.
• Maintain accurate supply chain records and documentation.
• Prepare regular supply chain and procurement reports.
• Support efficient inventory management and timely replenishment of materials.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Good knowledge of procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier management.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple orders and deadlines effectively.
