Job Description
Eternal Media and Promotion PLC is looking for Warehouse Assistants to support the receipt, storage, preparation and issuance of materials, equipment, tools and supplies.The role requires maintaining accurate warehouse records, organizing materials properly and ensuring a clean, safe and orderly warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive materials, equipment, tools and supplies delivered to the warehouse.
- Check received items against delivery notes, purchase orders or approved requests.
- Arrange materials and equipment in their designated locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment.
- Prepare materials and equipment for events, production, printing, installation and other company activities.
- Issue materials and equipment only against approved material requests or authorized instructions.
- Record all materials and equipment issued from the warehouse.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Maximum 2 years of relevant work experience.
