Job Description
Join Woda Bajaj as an After-Sales Service Coordinator and ensure our customers receive top-notch maintenance, repair, and warranty services for their vehicles while building strong customer relationships.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers after vehicle purchase to understand their service needs and concerns.
- Assist and arrange maintenance, repair, and warranty-related services for Woda Bajaj vehicles.
- Coordinate with mechanics, technicians, and the service department to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Provide accurate information about service schedules, spare parts, and warranty coverage.
- Record and track all customer requests, complaints, and follow-ups to ensure proper resolution.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to build trust and promote repeat business.
- Prepare daily and monthly service activity reports for management.
- Support continuous improvement of the after-sales process by providing feedback from customers.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 0–1 year of work experience in after-sales service, customer relations, or the automotive industry.
Skills & Competencies:
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and vehicle components.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company’s after-sales department.
