Job Description
Job SummaryThe Architect will contribute to architectural design, project documentation, site coordination, and implementation activities across the company's projects. The successful candidate should have strong practical experience with architectural design software, with AutoCAD proficiency being mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop architectural drawings and designs.
- Review and modify architectural plans according to project requirements.
- Support project teams with architectural documentation.
- Coordinate architectural works with engineering and construction teams.
- Participate in site visits and project implementation activities.
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Prepare technical drawings, presentations, and related documentation.
- Support coordination with contractors and other project stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- BSc or above in Architecture.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Required Skills
- Practical and advanced experience with architectural software.
- Advanced AutoCAD proficiency – Mandatory.
- Strong design and technical drawing skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work on different project sites.
