Architect / Site Engineer – CCECC Ethiopian Construction Plc.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction and interior finishing activities on site.
• Review architectural and engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, engineers, and project teams.
• Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Support planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of construction activities.
• Supervise finishing works including flooring, ceilings, walls, furniture, carpets, curtains, and related works.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
• Prepare and review technical documentation and site reports.
• Monitor progress and identify technical issues requiring corrective action.
• Support effective communication between clients, contractors, and project teams.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Architecture, Site Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the proposed position.
• Experience working on large construction projects, particularly on-site, is preferred.

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Revit
• Adobe Creative Suite
• 3D MAX or similar design software
• Knowledge of construction techniques and interior finishing processes.
• Strong site management and coordination skills.
