Job Description

Hawibek Trading PLC is a private business company engaged in trading and manufacturing activities. The Assistant Accountant supports daily financial operations by recording transactions, handling cash activities, preparing financial documents, and assisting with reporting and reconciliations.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
  • 3–5 years relevant work experience
  • Experience in manufacturing sector is an advantage
  • Experience working with cash register machines
  • Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel (Peachtree, ERP, Email, etc.)
  • Age: 25–35

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and process daily financial transactions
  • Operate cash register and manage cash handling
  • Prepare and compile accounting documents for submission
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and reporting
  • Use accounting software and Excel for financial data management
  • Maintain organized financial records
  • Support audits and finance-related tasks
