Educational Qualification

• B.Sc. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or relevant technical training

Required Experience

• Minimum 0 years for BSc holders (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
• Minimum 2 years for diploma holders in ATM maintenance, electronics repair, or related field

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and inspection of ATMs
• Replace faulty components and consumables
• Respond to service calls and technical incidents
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and escalate complex faults
• Ensure machines are clean, functional, and customer-ready
• Submit service completion reports to supervisors
• Follow safety and operational guidelines

Core Competencies

• Basic knowledge of electronics and ATM systems
• Good practical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to travel and work in assigned regions
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Strong work discipline and reliability
