Qualifications:

• Diploma (10+3) in Automotive Technology or related field
• Additional technical certifications are an advantage
• Valid Grade 4 driving license

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a vehicle service workshop
• Hands-on experience working with vehicles

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical vehicle faults
• Perform vehicle servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• Overhaul diesel fuel injection system components
• Use diagnostic tools and workshop equipment effectively
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures
• Maintain accurate service and repair records
• Collaborate with team members to complete work efficiently
• Support continuous improvement of workshop operations

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of vehicle mechanical systems and maintenance procedures
• Good knowledge of diesel fuel injection systems and overhauling
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to perform scheduled maintenance and preventive repairs
• Strong safety awareness in workshop environments
• Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills
