Banking Business Officer I (Re-Advert) – ZamZam Bank S.C

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Deliver high-quality customer service at all touch points.
• Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Promote banking products, services, and digital banking solutions.
• Identify and recruit prospective customers.
• Provide customers with appropriate product and service information.
• Support deposit mobilization and product uptake.
• Process cash and non-cash transactions accurately.
• Handle account openings, digital banking requests, and cross-selling activities.
• Assist with account closures and customer service requests.
• Verify customer and authorized staff signatures.
• Maintain cash holdings and reconcile transactions.
• Prepare transaction tickets and related documentation.
• Balance daily cash and non-cash transactions.
• Prepare daily transaction reports.
• Support branch sales targets.
• Assist with vault cash management when delegated.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of branch banking experience, including at least 1 year as a Junior Officer.
