Pacific Construction PLC is seeking a qualified Batching Plant Operator to support ready-mix concrete production and ensure efficient plant operation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or technical/vocational training preferred.
Experience
- Proven experience of 3+ years as a batching plant operator.
- Experience in a ready-mix concrete environment is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate batching plant equipment for concrete production.
- Monitor batching and mixing processes.
- Ensure correct quantities and production procedures are followed.
- Monitor plant performance and report operational problems.
- Follow safety and quality requirements.
