Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum of BA Degree in Marketing Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar industry, preferably retail or FMCG

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily branch operations
• Lead, motivate, and evaluate branch staff to achieve performance targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue
• Manage inventory levels, stock movement, shrinkage, and loss prevention
• Ensure proper merchandising, product availability, and store presentation
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
• Coordinate recruitment, training, and performance management of branch staff
• Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and security standards
• Handle cash management, banking, and financial accountability
• Liaise with head office on logistics, procurement, staffing, and operations
• Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns
• Ensure branch profitability and continuous operational improvement
