Job Description
The Branch Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all branch operations, including sales performance, customer service, staff supervision, inventory control, and financial accountability. The role ensures efficient implementation of company policies while achieving business targets and maintaining high operational standards.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum of BA Degree in Marketing Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar industry, preferably retail or FMCG
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily branch operations
- Lead, motivate, and evaluate branch staff to achieve performance targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue
- Manage inventory levels, stock movement, shrinkage, and loss prevention
- Ensure proper merchandising, product availability, and store presentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Coordinate recruitment, training, and performance management of branch staff
- Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and security standards
- Handle cash management, banking, and financial accountability
- Liaise with head office on logistics, procurement, staffing, and operations
- Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns
- Ensure branch profitability and continuous operational improvement
