Branch Manager- Amigos SACCO Ltd.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage sales, member services, loan processing, collections, and risk management.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate branch staff.
• Mobilize savings, deposits, and share capital.
• Grow and maintain a quality loan portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies.
• Develop branch-specific marketing strategies.
• Contribute to product development.
• Prepare data-driven performance reports for management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory/managerial role.
