Job Description
The Branch Manager I will be responsible for overall branch performance, including operational efficiency, business development, and customer service management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage branch operations and ensure service quality.
- Drive deposit mobilization and credit portfolio growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Lead and manage branch employees effectively.
Qualification & Experience
- MA/MBA/MSc or BA/BSc in Economics, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years relevant banking experience.
