Job Description

The Branch Manager I will be responsible for overall branch performance, including operational efficiency, business development, and customer service management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage branch operations and ensure service quality.
  • Drive deposit mobilization and credit portfolio growth.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Lead and manage branch employees effectively.

Qualification & Experience

  • MA/MBA/MSc or BA/BSc in Economics, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years relevant banking experience.
