Ahadu Bank S.C. is inviting qualified and experienced banking professionals to apply for the position of Branch Manager II at its Bulbula Kidiste Mariam Branch.

Job Summary

The Branch Manager II will lead and manage the overall banking activities of the branch, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, business growth, quality customer service, and achievement of branch sales and performance targets.

The position will also lead business development activities, prepare branch plans and reports, and strengthen relationships with customers and the local business community.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, lead, and control the activities of the branch.
• Ensure compliance with Bank procedures, rules, codes of practice, regulatory directives, and applicable laws.
• Lead branch sales and business development activities.
• Drive customer service and branch operational excellence.
• Prepare annual budgets, work plans, activity plans, and progress reports.
• Distribute sales targets and production goals among staff and monitor achievement.
• Build strong relationships with customers and the local business community.
• Promote Ahadu Bank's products and services.
• Participate in community activities and business development initiatives.
• Lead and develop branch employees.
• Ensure achievement of branch performance objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

🎓 Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

💼 Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of professional banking experience.
• At least 1 year as a Grade-I Branch Manager or equivalent position.
