Job Description

To oversee and ensure the overall operational performance of the branch is in line with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The Branch Manager IV ensures optimal customer service, branch profitability, and compliance with internal and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all branch operations, including teller operations, loans, deposits, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor branch financial performance and implement strategies to meet targets.
  • Supervise and coach branch staff to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
  • Conduct periodic audits and internal controls to minimize operational risk.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and community engagement.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance, KPIs, and operational issues to management.
  • Identify business opportunities and promote bank products to maximize revenue.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking or financial services with at least 1 year in a managerial role (Business Manager II/III or equivalent).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and staff management skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and performance reports.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and risk management principles.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
