Job Description
Yegara Trading Share Company is seeking Business Development Officer (BDO) Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets; support proposal writing, stakeholder engagement, and contribute to branding and communications to advance organizational growth.
Qualifications & Requirements:
BA in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Development Studies, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years relevant experience in business development, partnership management, or project coordination
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Experience in proposal writing, market research, and performance reporting is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets
Support proposal and bid preparation
Build and maintain relationships with government offices, NGOs, private sector, and development partners
Contribute to branding, communication, and stakeholder engagement activities
