The Cash Service Attendant is responsible for receiving, sorting, verifying, and handing over cash securely and accurately. The role also involves maintaining cash records and countersigning tickets and summary sheets when required.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Level IV/10+3 or Diploma in Accounting, Banking and Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Required Skills
Knowledge of currency security features and counterfeit detection.
Currency processing and stock management skills.
Organizational, logistical, and administrative abilities.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail, integrity, professionalism, and customer service skills.
