Job Description
Edomias International PLC is inviting qualified and motivated applicants to apply for the position of Cashier in Addis Ababa. The successful candidates will be responsible for receiving and processing payments, maintaining accurate cash records, preparing daily transaction reports, and ensuring proper handling of company funds in accordance with established financial procedures.
This opportunity is open to applicants with no prior work experience, making it suitable for fresh graduates who meet the educational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and process payments through cash, card, and other payment methods.
Issue receipts and provide accurate change to customers.
Maintain accurate daily cash records and balance cash at the end of each shift.
Prepare daily transaction and cash reports.
Follow company cash-handling procedures and financial control policies.
Ensure proper handling and security of company funds.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Level IV or Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting.
Experience:
No prior work experience required (0 years).
Relevant work experience is an advantage.
Additional Information
Applicants must be willing to work in three shift schedules, including night shifts.
Transportation services will be provided for specific locations.
