Job Description
The Cluster Coordinator will lead and coordinate the implementation of the MaYEA Program in selected woredas of South West Ethiopia and Gambella Regions. The role requires strong leadership, program management, stakeholder coordination, and oversight of cluster teams to ensure effective and timely program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cluster-level implementation of the MaYEA Program
- Oversee and supervise cluster teams to ensure effective program delivery
- Manage stakeholder coordination, networking, and communication
- Ensure proper resource planning and utilization
- Promote youth engagement and gender inclusion across activities
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and organizational standards
- Oversee monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of project activities
- Ensure alignment with donor and partner requirements
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
BA/BSc/MA/MSc or higher in:
- Agriculture
- Apiculture
- Animal Production
- Business Administration
- Economics
- Development Studies
- Or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience for BA/BSc holders
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience for MA/MSc holders
- At least 6 years in senior management roles
Required Competencies
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and networking abilities
- Proven program management experience
- Experience in apiculture or related value-chain development
- Experience in livelihood, agribusiness, rural finance, youth employment, and inclusive development
