Job Description
Medical Teams International is seeking a Communication Intern to support communication and visibility activities under the supervision of the Grants and Program Coordinator. The intern will help collect and organize photographs, videos, success stories, captions, and consent forms from field programs for donor reporting, internal communications, social media, and other visibility materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the collection, organization, filing, and documentation of program data and reports.
- Prepare and compile PowerPoint presentations and other communication materials.
- Support the preparation and review of MOUs, LOUs, letters, TORs, and training-related documents.
- Support the development of success stories, lessons learned, and human-interest stories.
- Collect high-quality photographs and captions from field programs.
- Support photo and video documentation during events and field visits.
- Develop and post content on internal communication platforms.
- Contribute to website and social media content updates as assigned.
- Support weekly learning-hour sessions, workshops, meetings, and other internal events.
- Compile success stories, capacity statements, and visibility materials.
- Organize communication materials for internal review and filing.
- Ensure communication and visibility materials comply with MTI branding standards, including logo, colors, typography, and templates.
- Provide administrative and documentation support to program teams as required.
Qualifications & Experience
🎓 Education: BA Degree in:
- Public Relations and Communication
- Media Studies
- Journalism and Communication
- Related communication fields
📊 Academic Requirement: Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.6 and above.
💼 Experience:No prior work experience required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
