Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management (COTM) or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take off for planning & schedules.
- Co-lead preparation of baseline program, schedules, milestones, deliverables and timelines as per project management plan
- Maintain detailed construction planning schedules for new construction and renovation work, as required.
- Develop and analyze man-hour resources, equipment resources and cost loaded, time-phased schedule.
- Producing visual aids to help explain the schedule of work, including bar charts and network diagrams
