Job Description

The Corporate Operation Director leads the company’s operational strategy, ensuring all business units operate efficiently and align with corporate goals. This role oversees process improvement, operational risk management, and optimal use of resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement corporate operations strategy and SOPs
  • Monitor operational efficiency and optimize workflows
  • Implement KPIs and performance metrics for all business units
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives
  • Manage operational budgets, resources, and risk management
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and corporate governance

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Project Management, Economics, or related field
  • 8–10 years progressive operations management experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership
