Job Description

Easy Express Company is looking for an experienced and empathetic Customer Service Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Track shipments and provide accurate, real-time delivery updates to customers.
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns related to delays, missing packages, or special delivery instructions.
  • Process orders, schedule pickups, and handle billing or payment-related questions.
  • Coordinate with the courier and warehouse teams to resolve logistical challenges efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate service records.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a call center environment.
  • Experience in logistics, courier, or transportation services is an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to stay composed under pressure.
  • A customer-first attitude with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus).
