Job Description
TradeEthiopia is looking for a Customer Success Officer who will serve as the bridge between TradeEthiopia’s platforms and our clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and passionate about helping businesses succeed across our trade, training, media, and marketplace services.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for clients — manage inquiries, relationships, and issue resolution.
- Support customers using TESBINN training, Ethio-International Expo, Enisra Jobs, and import/export facilitation services.
- Provide onboarding assistance and training to ensure effective platform usage.
- Track and enhance client satisfaction and engagement through tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional TradeEthiopia services.
- Liaise between clients and internal departments (Sales, IT, Events, Training).
- Maintain records and follow up using CRM tools for timely issue resolution.
- Collect feedback for continuous service improvement.
- Provide on-site support during trade events, expos, and webinars.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer success, B2B support, sales coordination, or similar roles.
- Familiarity with B2B ecosystems, trade facilitation, or e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication in English and Amharic (other languages such as French, Arabic, or Chinese are a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, email tools, and CRM systems.
- Highly organized, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Passion for trade, entrepreneurship, and client empowerment.
