Job Description
Garad Pvt. Ltd. Co is seeking a dedicated and analytical Dealer Network Development Officer to strengthen and expand its nationwide dealer network. The role involves managing existing dealers, identifying new partners, conducting market assessments, and supporting regional sales growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication with existing dealers to support strong relationships and consistent sales performance.
- Monitor dealer performance, order frequency, stock levels, and operational issues.
- Gather market insights from dealers regarding customer needs, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Identify and evaluate potential dealers across targeted regions to expand market coverage.
- Lead the dealer onboarding process while ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
- Conduct preliminary background assessments of prospective dealers.
- Develop regional market expansion strategies through competitive mapping and demand analysis.
- Track and report on dealer sales performance, regional market trends, and distribution gaps.
- Recommend improvements, expansion plans, and initiatives to enhance dealer efficiency and overall coverage.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum: 2 years
- Maximum: 5 years
- Experience in dealer management, sales, distribution, or related areas preferred.
Skills:
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Market research and analysis capability
- Understanding of sales operations and distribution networks
- Ability to work independently and prepare structured reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
