Job Summary

Dema Hope Real Estate is looking for a Junior Construction Site Supervisor to support the day-to-day supervision of construction site activities, laborers, materials, work quality, safety, and progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities and attendance of site laborers.
• Assign daily tasks according to the work plan.
• Monitor construction progress against the planned schedule.
• Ensure construction materials are delivered on time and in the required quantities.
• Check delivered materials and report shortages or issues.
• Monitor the quality of ongoing construction work.
• Ensure laborers follow site safety rules and procedures.
• Maintain daily records of labor, materials, and work progress.
• Report daily progress, delays, and site issues to the Site Manager.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the Site Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or CoTM Engineering.
• Only 2026 G.C. graduates are eligible.
• Male applicants only, according to the vacancy announcement.
• Willingness and flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, or night shifts when required by construction activities and project schedules.
• Ability to start work immediately if selected.
