Job Description
Job SummarySpring of Knowledge Academy is seeking qualified and experienced Deputy Directors to support the overall management of the school. The successful candidates will assist the School Director in overseeing daily operations, supervising academic activities, ensuring quality education, and maintaining compliance with educational standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the School Director in managing daily school operations.
- Supervise and support teachers, staff, and academic activities.
- Monitor curriculum implementation and improve teaching quality.
- Oversee student discipline, welfare, and academic performance.
- Coordinate school programs, schedules, and extracurricular activities.
- Ensure compliance with education policies and institutional standards.
- Support staff performance evaluation and professional development.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Educational Planning and Management or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of relevant work experience in school leadership, academic management, or a related role.
