Sinopia, a leading Ethiopian high-quality coffee export, is seeking a self-driven Digital Marketing Officer. The role will primarily focus on supporting the company’s departments with consistent, effective digital marketing efforts, including content creation, campaign management, and coordination across teams
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Entry-level position (practical experience with social media and digital tools preferred)
- Strong writing, communication, and creative skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and take initiative
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clear blog posts and social media content based on marketing plans
- Run ad-hoc campaigns as required
- Create online and offline collateral for events and promotions
- Coordinate with departments to ensure timely and high-quality marketing output
- Support digital marketing initiatives and adapt quickly to new marketing needs
