Job Description
Responsible for developing and executing HR and general service strategies, policies, and procedures. Oversees recruitment, development, retention, and mobilization of human resources. Manages property administration, office maintenance, security, transport, utilities, and other general service functions to support company operations and strategic objectives.
Educational Requirements:
BA or MA in Management, Public Administration, or related field
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 7 years for BA or 4 years for MA degree in relevant HR and administration roles
At least 3 years in supervisory or managerial positions
Desirable Skills:
- Leadership and emotional intelligence
- Strategic thinking and planning
- Strong knowledge of HRM and administration policies and procedures
- Data analysis and presentation skills
