Qualification

MA/BA Degree in Economics, Marketing, or related field

Experience

• 7/9 years of relevant experience
• At least 3 years in managerial position within Banks or Microfinance Institutions

• Strong understanding of financial services market dynamics
• Deep knowledge of marketing strategy, brand development, and PR management
• Proven ability to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns
• Strong stakeholder engagement and media relationship management
• Data-driven decision-making and performance tracking

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate marketing and branding strategies
• Lead product positioning and market expansion initiatives
• Oversee public relations and corporate communication activities
• Manage customer engagement and brand awareness programs
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Supervise marketing budget planning and utilization
• Build and mentor high-performing marketing team
