Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns at the district level.
• Supervise branch marketing activities and staff performance.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Monitor and report on customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• Develop strategies to increase market share and customer acquisition.
• Liaise with the Head Office Marketing team for consistent branding and messaging.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, customer relationship management, and business development.
• Analytical skills to interpret market data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualifications & Experience:

• MA/BA in Marketing, Management, Economics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience, including 2 years as Senior Marketing Officer or equivalent.
