Job Description
Job SummaryCCECC Ethiopian Branch is seeking a qualified Document Controller to manage project documentation and ensure proper filing, distribution, tracking, and compliance with company and client document-control procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update project documentation, drawings, and records.
- Ensure proper filing, archiving, and retrieval of documents.
- Control the issuance and distribution of documents to project teams.
- Monitor document workflows and ensure timely approvals.
- Support project managers and engineers with document-related requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company and client document-control procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in document control.
- Experience in construction or engineering projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of document management systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
