Equipment Maintenance Engineer – Bahti Engineering PLC

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for heavy equipment.
• Ensure operational readiness and reliability of construction machinery.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify maintenance requirements.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and coordinate repair solutions.
• Supervise maintenance teams and provide technical guidance.
• Maintain equipment maintenance schedules and service records.
• Ensure proper use and care of machinery.
• Manage spare parts requirements and maintenance resources.
• Support equipment inspection and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Prepare technical reports related to equipment maintenance activities.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in:

• Mechanical Engineering
• Automotive Engineering
• Related engineering fields

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in:
  • Heavy equipment maintenance
  • Construction machinery maintenance
  • Mining or industrial equipment maintenance

⭐ Experience with foundation drilling rigs or specialized construction equipment is highly desirable.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment systems.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Equipment management and maintenance planning ability.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and travel to project sites.
