Job Summary
EthioChicken is looking for a Hatchery Officer to support hatchery operations and help achieve industry standards for the production of high-quality day-old chicks (DOCs).
The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining high hatchability standards, supporting hatchery performance, and communicating and reporting critical information to relevant departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support hatchery operations to achieve industry-standard hatchability rates.
- Help maintain the quality and health of day-old chicks.
- Monitor hatchery processes and identify operational issues.
- Ensure proper procedures are followed throughout hatchery operations.
- Record and report critical hatchery information.
- Communicate relevant production information to other departments.
- Support efforts to improve hatchery efficiency and profitability.
- Perform other duties related to hatchery operations as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
Education:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM).
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
