Job Description

TITA Plastic & PP Bag Manufacturing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Executive Manager / General Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall operations of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production, administration, finance, human resources, and business development functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall operations of the company.
  • Develop and implement business plans, operational strategies, and performance targets.
  • Ensure efficient production processes and optimum utilization of company resources.
  • Supervise departmental managers and coordinate activities across all functional areas.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost-control measures.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.
  • Lead organizational development and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Prepare organizational performance reports and updates for the Board of Directors.
  • Oversee quality assurance, workplace safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is required.
  • Experience in plastic manufacturing, PP bag production, or related industries is an added advantage.
