Job Description

AFRICOM Technologies is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Under the direct supervision of the CEO, the Executive Secretary will manage the daily operations of the CEO’s office, ensuring smooth administrative and secretarial services.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage the CEO’s office to maintain a professional and efficient work environment
  • Perform receptionist duties courteously and professionally
  • Operate and maintain office equipment (printers, copiers, fax machines, etc.)
  • Transcribe audiovisual materials, prepare documents, proofread, and manage correspondence
  • Classify, codify, and securely maintain files and records
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing communications
  • Maintain logbooks for official correspondence
  • Manage office supplies and ensure proper utilization
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and follow-ups
  • Safeguard confidential information with the highest level of discretion
  • Support communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and periodic documentation
  • Assist in planning, resource management, and office operations improvement
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the CEO

Minimum Requirements
